Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Life can get too busy and/or unpredictable events may come up. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved for you. Please provide at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel an appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

If you are not able to make your in-person therapy appointment, we are happy to change your appointment to virtual.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be billed at the regular rate, including cancellations due to illness.
